im having a problem with my downloads with it wont upload filesi nto my download system and i was asked by SMF to ask my hosts upload limit?

There is no download limit, however the upload limit will not be increased.
FYI: we are not a file host, we are a web host.

But is my SMF able to upload files to a download system in the SMF ?

The maximum filesize is 2MB.
Allowing your users to upload files is not allowed.

I know what you're talking about, but it's not allowed.
The only thing similar, that would be allowed, is letting your users upload their avatar/signature to their forum/site profile, and THAT cannot exceed 2MB per file.
Hosting files for your users is only going to get your account terminated, no matter how easy it is to do.

ohh no wounder why it wouldn't let me upload files is there a way i can find a host that allows file upload and link that to my SMF on this host?

You could use a service like http://file2you.net/ then just have your users post the link to their file on your forums.

I know but i brather have a download system and stuff for my files so theres more options and more features and file management..

Well as it has already been stated, you can't have it here. It violates the terms of service that you read and agreed to when you signed up.
