my brother deleted my hosting...help!

i was wondering if you could help me because my brother has deleted my hosting and i cannot re-register (ip ban)

could an admin please make an account for me...

From what I heard they only accept US/Canada/UK country. If you live in other country then i feel sorry for you. *There probably a reason* why they only accept those 3 country. *Maybe becuz of the RULES that set for other country for website are different*
