eMail Attachment Limit

There appears to be a 500k limit on email attachments. is there a way to increase this limit?

Vistor01469 has relpied to this question with "2MB For free accounts, there is none for paid ones." inthe past. I have a paid (Tiny) account.

The limit for email attachments will not be increased.
We set this limit because in our tests the mail server performed very poorly with large messages.

The file size limits applies to websites not email.

I'm using your services to control my UK2 domain name. If a mail arrives, I forward it to my gmail account. There is no website involved but I still get the 500k limit reported from some senders. Is there anything I can do short of using a diffrnt supplier?

It does not matter if you forward it.
Any mail that is sent/received/forwarded or in any way involves our server is limited to 500KB.
