FTP not working

I am using Core FTP Client.

I connect to the ftp. It connects to the server, tries to enter the password, says 'Login authenticaion fails'

I checked my pass a million times. I am logged into this aswell, So i obviously know my pass.

I connected to ftp.ulmb.com didnt work. - techinside.ulmb.com - Didnt work

ftp.techinside.ulmb.com - didnt work.

Whats happened? is the FTP servers or something down?

Cant access at all, Yet i can access my account via CPanel.
