Questions RE Paid Hosting vs Free Service

I am considering upgrading to a paid account as I feel it would suit the direction my hosting is going. However, I have several questions..

I want to base my site on a modified btit version - which means I need to be able to upload the system exactly as it is, rather than what your system will permit me to upload. If I pay for a paid account, are these restrictions lifted? Understand that I want to use this as a template - I have no intent of running a torrent site.

Please explain more what you mean.
What error message do you get?

If you get an error like "File violates our TOS" this will not change with a paid account.
If you get file type or file size errors then these will be removed after the upgrade.

We only prevent torrent sites being uploaded, by detecting the tracker php code, not html/css templates.

That answers the question - it's more to do with file types that I've had issues with - install.me/install.unlock and so on, just for examples.. I'm perfectly ok with the no tracker rule - that's beyond what I want to do (I plan on heavily modifying the code ANYWAY, I just like the layout).
