Is wordpress 2.6.1 ok to use?

Hello I would like to know if Wordpress 2.6.1 is ok install and use? Will it tax the server resources or are there any known problems with using it here that would voilate TOS? Are there plugins or php pages that come with word press or additions that would cause any problems for the server that should be deleted on install? I would like to make sure that If it's ok to install that if you find anything that causes any problems that I will remove it just as soon as you let me know. thank you for your help in advance. I would like to get your help ahead of time incase the install would cause any problems.

I think we have people running it now, but understand that it is a script programmed by a 3rd party, we have no way of knowing in advance how their script is going to function and if there is a problem your account will be suspended. Now with that said, I wouldn't be hesitant to use a script like that just because your worried, just dont install many extensions.
