I am forced to use a forum instead of a real help system where my post is locked and I am unable to correspond further to try and remedy the situation while all along my original question remained unanswered!

I briefly read the ToU and could not find anything relating to "mafia games" or access from certain countries.
What I would like to know is if these restrictions apply to all accounts or just paid accounts. If I bought a paid package could I host a "mafia game"? Also, would paid hosting allow me, the owner of the account, to allow other people, who do not own the account, access to the c panel and pma from countries such as Holland or is this restriction just for free accounts?

The terms say you may not use excessive cpu resources.
Anyone who runs any kind of interactive game server knows its excessive, you should know this. These mafia games kill a server even with only a few users online. Do not expect to be able to use any hosting service for this, you will just get canceled here or elsewhere, you need a dedicated server.

Giving your account password to anyone else is not allowed.
You must create a subuser account for them with their own password.
Sharing accounts is not allowed, you may allow others access to your account only if necessary for them to help you with your own website (such as graphic designers and other moderators/admins), you may not allow others to setup their own websites under your account.
