i need the .mod and .zip extention activated so i can install my mods to my forum:p can this be done for me?

We already allow zip files.

I remember once asking about having .so files added if doesnt bother you, can you allow them for my account?

.so files are a security risk it will not be allowed

Unzip on your pc, upload the files.

Why does this question keep coming up, are there actually any free hosts that have an unzip on server function?

yes there are free hosts that have unzip function
http://addyour.net allows it, works no problem
I don't see that function on there.
Not to mention they put ads and limit you to 500 MB of space and 5 GB bandwidth.
