Account Upgrade Questions

Hi,

I have had a free account now for about a year or so. In the past this was fine due to the type of content I was hosting. I now have started somthing a little more professional and have gotten complaints about the pop up content. Specifically one pop up that eludes to my site as being infected with spyware and asks my users to buy their spyware program. As you can see this is a little embarrassing.

So. Ive decided to look into a paid account but need a few things clarified.

1. If I buy a paid account will all pop ups stop!!?

2. Is my default domain that I received when I signed up, and can't delete included in my number of domains that I am allowed. so the starter kit would have only 4 domains I can manipulate and the 5th would be my username.ulmb.com?

3. If I upgrade and have too many domains what happens to my account? In other words should I cut my domains down before I upgrade?

4. And Just a clarification at the moment. If I upgrade there is no way to downgrade back to a free account. How about downgrading to a smaller paid account.

5. If I pay for a year of one account type but before the year is up I want to upgrade the account would I have to pay full price for the upgraded account or is there an upgrade option that takes into account the money I still have invested in the other smaller account?

2. Yes it is included.
3. You will not be able to add more domains if you reach the domain limit.
4. You can downgrade to a smaller paid account, not to a free account.
5. You will have to pay the full amount.

Great glad to get a response. I just wanted to clarify on question 2. that my username.ulmb.com is included and can not be deleted to make room for another domain.

on question 3 I have 7 domains currently. Obviously I will be over my domain limit. If I upgrade to a paid account what will happen to my account since I will be over my limit the second I upgrade. will It be suspended? will I be asked to remove all domains in excess of my limit? will I be allowed to keep my excess of domains and just not be able to add more.

dpitts21.ulmb.com is included and cannot be deleted to make room for another domain. It is required for your account to function, there is no way around it.

Last I heard if you have X amount of websites, and upgrade to a paid account that doesn't allow that many, you can keep the excess ones, but will be unable to add additional ones until you meet your limit.

Yeah if you upgrade and you are over the limit nothing will happen, you just wont be able to create any new ones.

In the future this will be fixed so you will not be able to pick a package with less features then you are currently using.
