wjere it says

Name IP Port Status and or uptime

i want it so you click add server not manually add them

is this for a private server..? like runescape or something... because its all diffrent..?

This is not Rune-Server.

Although, There's a script for a php server status on there website.

okay well is your server on ulmb or you hosting it off your pc..? if their both different source ( Hosting) wont be as easy should be same source of hosting. AKA your PC. but if you look at their scripts you'll see its pretty easy to catch up on give me a url i can help you out on this.
