Hi,

I have a website registered with Telivo.com and if I wish to change the Nameservers I have to also provide the Nameserver IP Address as well as:

Nameserver1 = ns1.unlimitedmb.com
Nameserver2 = ns2.unlimitedmb.com

I have searched the forums and tried to enter 0.0.0.0 but Telivo rejects it with the comment:-

You have the following errors in your submission:

The IP address for Nameserver 1 is invalid
The IP address for Nameserver 2 is invalid

If I leave it blank it says:

The following fields are not filled in:

Nameserver 1 IP address
Nameserver 2 IP address

Please can you advise what IP Addresses I can use?

Many thanks

It seems you are trying to add nameservers to the registry. This is not the way to do it.
You need to edit what nameservers the domain is pointed to, and IP addresses should NOT be required.

If you like, PM me the Telivo login details, and I will change the nameservers for you. Most registrars will allow the creation of sub accounts.

You may click here if you so choose to PM me. (http://forum.unlimitedmb.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=1075)

Good luck!

ns1.unlimitedmb.com
ns2.unlimitedmb.com
