making ip address of domain name point to file

I have pointed a domain name to these servers, and when I enter that domain name into the address bar, the file hosted here loads perfectly. How do i get the ip address of the domain name to point to that file? Currently when I enter the ip address, it shows the ulmb page not found page

nothing that important, I just have a host file with a few blocked websites, wanted a page to point to in the future in case I forget a page is blocked.
