DNS Server.

Hello, Had a quick question, I needed to change web hosts so I could host some streaming videos and a photo album that might grow to a large size on my site. I understand that I can not do that here because this is a web host not a media host. Since my needs have changed and I require different services could you manualy change my DNS Servers to my new domain? I tried change it in the cp but it says I need to delete my websites folder. I would like to make the change as smooth as possible without my users not being able to access my website or have any down time on the front end. I've enjoyed your services and they have been all that I could ask for as a web host and have been top notch but I would not want to violate your TOS by trying to host media. Would it be ok to pm you the DNS servers info?

You can host some images and videos here, as long as there is only a few of them.

As for the nameservers you must change them in the control panel and comply with the requirements, we cannot make any exceptions.
