Hi, when I try to add my domain at http://account.ulmb.com/sites/, I get this error message:
Some errors were found in the form you submitted
Invalid Domain Name.

my domain is: __.da.ru

Could someone please add it manually to the vhost list and DNS?
Thanks!

That is a subdomain not a domain.

To further clarify what Eric said, the system is set up to only allow true domains, or ULMB subdomains. Non-ULMB subdomains are not allowed, and we are not making exceptions.

Yes, it's a third-level domain, but I have full access to its DNS records. I've seen plenty of .co.cc domains on this service, so what difference does it make?

because some countries like uk force people to use 3rd level domains like .co.uk we made .co.X an exception to this.

our control panel needs to know whether any particular url is a domain or a subdomain to properly route the request to the correct server and account without relying on a database

the more exceptions we add, the slower this process will be.

We do not support 3rd level subdomains, we give you a free subdomain and thats what you should use if you do not have your own domain.
