Mail Forwarding

I read ulmb.com provided mail relay on an external site - which may not be the case for a free account but I'm willing to settle for mail forwarding. Unfortunately while trying to setup forwarding to my desktopmd.net domain i get an error notification "That email address already exists as a mailbox!"

Please advise.

It seems i can configure forwarding if i delete the account but on the flip-side after the account is forwarded i cannot go back and re-add it as an account because... Wait for it... "That email address already exists as a mail forwarder!"

An email address may be either a mailbox or a forwarder not both.
If you want to forward your mail somewhere else, you must first delete the mailbox.
