I bought the domain www.qssite.com through ulmb. A while ago I made an account on http://freedns.afraid.org and set the name servers in my ulmb cpanel accordingly. Recently I realized that I did't need to do that so I switched back the name servers in my ulmb cpanel to say "Use our Name Servers (Highly Recommended)". It has been a few weeks now and going to qssite.com give me

Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

Is there something else i need to do to point my domain to my ulmb account which is quinton.ulmb.com?

Read the PM I just sent you, reply when it has been done.

I didn't post the answer to your question here for a reason, I'll explain why when I get a reply from you, however, doing what I did was for your own good.

Thanks. Just did what you said. Is there a way I can merge the qssite.com domain with my quinton.ulmb.com files?

Thank you, I just wanted to make sure no one else tried to add the domain to their account. It's happened before, and ends up wasting a bit of time.

Unfortunately, you cannot merge the domain and subdomain together. Every (sub)domain is treated as a separate website.

What you will need to do is make a backup of quinton.ulmb.com, and upload those files to qssite.com.

I can move/copy the files for you if you want directly on the server.

That would be great thanks. Just copy all from quinton.ulmb.com to qssite.com

It was funny until I found out the alert box looping didn't stop.

Your account has been suspended now due to viruses.

Yep whats worse is that the only way to get out of it is to kill firefox, and restarting with restore session brings it back.

Suspended his account in another window and then restarted ff session so i wouldnt use a load of things i had open.

Bunch of alert boxes is ok, infinite looping it is just wrong, causing someone to have to termininate the browser process to get out of it is wrong.

I too didn't want to lose the tabs I had open, my workaround was editing the Windows HOSTS file, and assigning his domain the IP of 0.0.0.0.

...and I thought a RickRoll was bad enough.

How can I transfer my domain since I can't log in?
