If I set a user account, how can he/she able to access his/her account?

I create the user ID and password with nesessary power and it appear in user account but can't work. I don't know whats the problem.If any body use this feature please help me.

The user will login with your username, or domain name and his password.
Make sure they are using your username with their password.
