I would like to try out a Video Sharing Script for my training. I would like to know if a script like DIDISCRIPT is allowed to be used on ULMB

It is not allowed.
Read the terms, you are not allowed to host files for other people.

Anything that allows someone to upload and host a file to your hosting account is a violation of our TOS.

My question was about FLV file or streaming media!
You may not process video on our server. That is abusing the server resources.
