Why I can't FTP

I Can login to CP and upload file with Webftp but can't connected by FTP soft.

[right] connect to myth.ulmb.com -> DNS=myth.ulmb.com IP=64.72.116.195 PORT=21
[right] connected myth.ulmb.com
[right] 220-FTP server ready.
[right] 220 Login with your full domain as the username
[right] USER myth.ulmb.com
[right] 331 User myth.ulmb.com OK. Password required
[right] PASS (hidden)
[right] 530 Login authentication failed


I can't change Password at the CP,why???
