If you plan to make a subscription section then vBulletin is best other wise phpbb is ok as it is free.

you can pm me and I can help you with it. It's really simple, but first upload it using FTP and just to let you know, not all files will be loaded, that's perfectly fine, it'll work just the same none the less. well really after that just setup a mysql database on here and then go to (your domain).ulmb.com/(where you installed the forum)/install/install.php ex. arenlor.ulmb.com/forum/install/install.php. Once there fill in the values, it's mysql 5.0, and PM me if you need any other help.
