If i but a domain can i just make a payment and it will last me a certain time until i pay again? (I.e Pay 50$ for the 'tiny' service then it will last for * months until the next payment)?

And IF I buy it will i be allowed to use a Shoutbox hosted from Ulmb? Or are the same rules applied...

PHP based shoutboxes are not allowed no matter free/paid account.
Yes we have month/yearly payments.
Click the Upgrade icon in your control panel to view the options.

BTW. The Tiny package a domain are two different things.
Domains are always paid for yearly.

oneshot also remember having flash games will SLOW you down alot. People do love fast access.. faster the access the more people you will bring to your site. now if your one of those forum owners who LOVES people to post having flash games isn't always the best idea!
