Multiple Accounts

Hi. I am a web-designer, and I had a question concerning the Terms of Use. I know that the Terms of Use states that we may have only one account. My questions are 1) does this apply only to free accounts, and 2) would I be able to have multiple accounts, but only one for each client I am working with? I would have each account under the client's name, and not my own. I just want to make sure this is legit before I try doing anything. Thanks!

The one account rule applies only to free accounts.
If each account was a paid account, there would be no problems, but if you are inquiring about multiple free accounts, but for different people, we'd need to let an administrator decide.
