No FTP on ulmb?

I can't find the area to make/edit a FTP account on my control panel? Can anyone help.

View Site Info for the appropriate (sub)domain to retrieve FTP details here:
http://account.ulmb.com/sites/

Your FTP password is always your hosting accounts password.
You also have the option of making a sub-account, and granting FTP access to whichever domains you like, but this only means a different password than of your hosting account.

Isnt it ftp://ftp.ulmb.com/ Then your site Like Yoursite@ulmb.com and password? I think its auto setup

The username is your url. eg. yoursite.ulmb.com

Read your welcome email for the ftp details, or look it up in My Websites in the control panel.
