Can not upload. Pls help.

I finished building my site with Ewisoft and when I am publishing it geting massage:

Am I doing something wrong?

You are trying to create a directory "http:"
The : character is not allowed in filenames.

Since I have no experiance with this, what is the other option for upload?
Can I send you a file and ask you to upload? Thnks, Dan.

Use smartftp and drag/drop the files you want to upload.
You can also upload using our file manager at http://account.ulmb.com/filemgr/

I downloaded smart ftp, but I dont know how to do it.
Pls help if you can.
