I have 3 sites hosted here that have been suspended without reasons. I have paid for 2 years in advance and is very displeased with this decision of which I wasnt even informed. Kindly advise on the course of action to restore/unsuspend my sites, thank you.

Your site was suspended for violating the Terms of Use you agreed to when you initially signed up for hosting. To have the audacity to state you were suspended without reason is certainly not the right course of action.
Please take some time to review the following:
Terms of Use: http://account.ulmb.com/terms/
Banned Scripts: http://forum.unlimitedmb.com/showthread.php?t=2172
Should you have read the above articles before posting, it is likely you would have known the reason for your suspension.

I have indeed read the articles before signing up and strongly believe I have NOT done anything that is against the TOS. You are the one who have the audacity to suspend my account without any notice, resulting in incursion in loss of revenue with each passing day. I will not let the matter rest and demand at least one year refund as there is no way Im going to continue with this kind of 3rd rate service. To just take our money and give vague arbitrary excuses to suspend accounts is definitely not ethical business etiquette.

Your account was suspended due to excessive database queries.

I unsuspended your account for a while and its killing the mysql again, so its back suspended.
The database 11788_wp must be removed.

The mysql query that you specified was requested a lot because that site was receiving considerable organic traffic. Where exactly in your TOS states that site hosted here are not allowed to become popular. In fact, isnt it the main selling point of your service to provide unlimited mb?
I paid for the amount of traffic the site generates, and if I cant even get what I paid for, please give me a refund. There is simply no way you can argue around this without making yourself look completely ridiculous. You are making me loss thousands of page views each day you keep delaying this, and you should be happy Im not making you pay for the damage.

Like I've said, that is completely arbitrary. How can you say a standard wordpress installation is heavy on your CPU resources? Dont you think it's time you guys should upgrade your hosting hardwares then? If I were in your shoes saying what you said to my customers, I would be mortified at such a laughable motion.
Once again, I demand a refund. Running a business online depends all on reputation. With so many dissatisfied customers around, how long do you think your business will last? Please do not force me and all the other customers you have let down to start smearing your reputation.

Our server is a the latest quad core xeon, what do you suggest we update it to?
It also works perfectly when your site isn't clogging the mysql server.
We aren't going to buy you a server for yourself.
I don't know why your site is doing this, and really its not our job to find out.
Its upto you to keep your site in compliance with our terms.
We have other customers using wordpress, so either you have a really huge database or you installed mods.
I have seen many sites using large mysql resources, ive never seen one that locks up the whole mysql process like the way your is.
There is something really wrong with your site.
Im sure our other customers are more satisfied to have a fast loading server, much better then the 30 sec page generation time I was getting before your account was suspended.

I just noticed that you changed this after I made my post.
You should be advised that "smearing" the reputation of a company based on false claims is defamation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slander)(slander), and is against the law. You can be held liable in your country based on civil and criminal laws... whether you are in the country your IP says you are in or the country your billing address is located in, both of them carry strict punishments for slander.
You should seek legal advice from a lawyer before you decide to "smear" a company's reputation, based on something you did wrong.

How is it that your quad core xeon only start acting up now MONTHS after I paid? Even if it is at fault, shouldnt it be your responsibility to at least NOTIFY your paid customer and let them back up and move to other hosts with business ethics? Seriously, your excuses are getting so ridiculous and laughable that I'm done reasoning with you guys. If you want to pretend to be a law student, you should also know that you will need to pay me the amount of ad revenue I have lost because the lose I incurred is DIRECTLY due to your service's incompetence. As for your other customers, I have spoken to many of them directly and soon you will feel the repercussion of how "satisfied" they are.

Wow Im impressed that you actually know the term "false claims", definitely irony at its finest. I have already warned thousands of my friends in my networks on facebook, digg, reddit, slashdot and other tech sites against you guys and will continue to leave my testimonies on hosting related forums and sites together with your other highly satisfied customers. So SUE ME.

Since you refuse to agree to correct the reason for your suspension and instead threaten to spread false information about our company.
