A backed up site.

I have an old backed up site from a while ago. I'm wanting to bring it back to life.
How do I upload a backed up file? Is it just like normal?

First you have to extract the zip file because its going to be a zip file then then a folder with all the files. go into that folder and zip all those and upload it to the website.

If you have a sql back up you can restore it in the mysql area.
