We were located in the AlphaRed data center in Texas for quite a few years, however they filed for bankruptcy a little while ago and we had to move our servers. The majority of the problems that people have been having recently were because of the servers being moved. We felt that it was better for us to focus on keeping our servers up during the move and fixing all of the problems rather then updating the about us page quite a few times during the move when we had to switch to temporary servers, a new set, then back to our servers that we own when they finally got to the new datacenter.

I do not understand why you are telling us to get new servers. We are now fully back on our owned servers which are cutting edge servers, way better then a dell that you get off craigslist. Our servers were custom built for our applications that we programmed to run on the servers.

We programmed our entire control panel and the majority of the things that run in the background (with the exception of apache and php which are just highly customized).

I think it is funny that after all of your research you claim that we are a reseller, we are most definitely not a reseller.

Why don't you head over to Vegas and go to 848 N. Rainbow Blvd, you will see that it is in fact a real place. If mail is sent to our address, we most definitely do get it.

Did you happen to try calling our phone number, or are you just claiming it is non existent because it isn't on Google? Call our phone number if you don't believe it is real.

With all of the research you have don't you really haven't done any actual research.

Did you know that not every phone number in the world is listed in a public phone book? Usually private phone numbers, much like the one listed in our whois listing, are not listed. We do not provide phone support, the phone number listed however, does route to us. We have no reason to pay (yes, businesses have to pay) to be listed in the yellow pages, when we are not going to answer the phone.
Do you happen to have a phone book from Vegas on you? The address is in there, you just need to know what to look under to find it: which you obviously still do not.
Here is a funny thought; after our application clearly explains that submitting false information is committing fraud, you went ahead and submitted false info. The address is a street name but no house number, yet you are accusing us of having a fake address?

You are wrong yet again, Choopa does not have a datacenter. They own their own IP block and rent space in a datacenter. They do not own the data center. For the security of our servers and company I will not release the name of the datacenter that we are hosted in.

I suggest that you research much better before you try and libel against another company, you wont always have the option to cover up your mistakes by removing your post.
