Unable to connect to SQL server all of the sudden

I used to be able to connect create and connect to my SQL server while setting up and using PHPBB3.
Now, it just says:

Access denied for user '3783_myforum'@'208.167.230.139' (using password: YES)

Here are the login info I used:
database server hostname or dns: 208.167.230.137 <--- IP of my database from phpmyadmin top page.
databse name: 3783_myforum
database username: 3783_myfoum
databse password: (the password which I gave when creating the database)

What might the problem?
I should be able to create up to 5 databases with the paid account I'm using now. How come phpbb on in my webspace can't connect to the sql server?

It worked a month ago but now it doesn't, I have no idea why.

Dooooope >_< Figured out myself while playing around the control panel.
The servername is "mysql"...
This is sooo misleading guys... the phpmyadmin is saying a totally different thing.
Might be a good idea to see wat can be done to avoid this from happening again...

You were told when you created the database what the details were.
Its not our fault if you dont read it.
