Setting up dreamweaver to look at my testing site

I really cant work this out without it throwing me an error im sure its simple

my subdomain is phptestbed.ulmb.com

Dreamweaver asks:

1. what is the hostname or ftp address of your testing server?
ftp.ulmb.com/

2. What folder on the testing server do you put your files in?
//this ive tried everything. Any suggestions into what ot should be?

3. What is your ftp login
phptestingbed.ulmb.com

4. what is your ftp password
********

I click next here

and the next page asks

What URL would you use to browse to the root of your site.
here DW puts 1 and 3 together.

What am i doing wrong as DW does not let me refresh pages to test them and i cant send files to my subdomain

yeah, pressing f12 to test takes me to this url

http://localhost/index.php

and says ftp error occured cannot put file index.php

mever mind, im just a stupid goose, the file i was refreshing was a file in another proejct, which is set to my localhost apache server . . .sorry for being a goose and thanks for the help
