hey i made a paid account last week and it was originaly set to be payed every 12 months and i changed it to once every month so why the hell have i been charged for both.???

yea i cancled my paid account because i am not being charged twice every month like this month when i first created the account the paid account is voicesofviolence

Ok, well we don't provide a way to "change" from yearly to monthly billing.

I assume what you did was go to upgrades and start a new contract, in that case you will be billed immediately for the upgrade and loose any unused time you have left on the current package.

You would have been shown on your screen "total due now" when you entered your credit card info for the upgrade, so I'm not sure why you went ahead and confirmed it.

I have changed your account renewal date to July 2010, and billed monthly from then on, which is what you wanted.

Please be careful to read fully the pages in the control panel that explains what your doing, especially when you enter your credit card you can assume your going to be charged for something.
