My domain - subdomain

How can i add a subdomain to the domain that i tranfer to ulmb.com?? is it possible with this cpanel?

When adding a directory, subdomains for this directory are automatically created.

Example:
john.com is my website. By creating the folder/directory "doe", I may access it as follows:

http://doe.john.com/
http://john.com/doe/
