Please enable .tar extension

Sorry for the selfish request, but I've been trying to install arcade games for my forums, but are encased in .tar format. The forum script allows for automated installation of the .tar, but apparently I can't upload them. I'd have to unpack and install like 50 .tar files manually, so I'd really appreciate it if you guys could enable .tar extension.

P.S. I've attached an example with this post, unzip 'example.zip'

I just making a forum http://gamesonline.ulmb.com where I install 350 arcade game....(the site is not publish yet in the web).....And I never fill I need .tar extension.

Well, mine does, and I'd really appreciate it if you guys could please enable this extension. It pretty much works like zip. Like I said earlier, I'd have to install a huge number of games manually :(
