I have moved your thread into the correct area, the area you posted this in originally clearly says "please do not post questions about scripts in here."

Also, had you looked around in the correct area before posting you would see that you are using the wrong database host. The mysql server hostname is mysql, not unlimitedmb.com

See the MySQL Database settings in your control panel.

That error is saying that you didnt input the name of the database.
Also, if you are trying to install a hacked version of the script then it will not work on our servers.
