Would be cool to have a support ticket system in our cpanels that is not forum support related.
Submit your problem and await an answer in the cpanel it works for most other forum hosts :D

If you post in the support board of the forum, it acts as the same way. :) They have it set up to notify them of any new support related issues. :)
If I might add my opinion.
What new way has stated is correct, in a manner of speaking but forum based (public) support offers many benefits. Through a forum the answers to a technical question can be given to not only those who asked to those in the future searching for a resolution to the same problem. It saves on both time waiting for some answers and reduces the number of times those giving support have to repeat themselves. And if at some stage you are required to give the support team private details then you can do so through the pms. Not only that but for support with scripts and the like the larger community is often able to help out before ulmb staff can (different time-zones et cetera).
Well anyway that's my opinion on the matter, ulmb's support is top notch and perhaps one the key reasons I use their services

Well they not been answering me all i want to do is give them some money.
A support ticket system would be much better for account upgrades and other minor account problems.
