I am aware that http://*** web site link removed by admin ***.net uses a shoutbox even though you host it so its against your rules. I believe they could potentially have a very large cpu usage as they have a lot of items like shoutboxes. I thought I would tell you this as I respect your terms and conditions,

We will not respond to, or look at any web sites that are reported via the public forums.

Also, as for shoutboxes, there are programs in place on our servers to automatically detect them and close down the offending sites. You do not need to report shoutboxes.
