I thought I should post this here.
I think that prior to doing maintenance that will make unavailable any part of the service you provide that it should be announced in advance, that is assuming you are able in the situation, somewhere on this forum. This would help to lessen confusion and really wouldn't be terribly difficult on your part.
Only a suggestion but it would be great if you would take it up. :D
