Sourcebans - Needs ports open.

Hi,
Im trying to install sourcebans on my website, but on the sourcebans control panel its giving me the error "Error connecting (the ip of server)"
Obviously where it says the ip of server it shows my gameservers ip address.
Ive looked into this on their website and they say:
If your web panel shows Error Connecting for your game server when it is actually online,
ask your web host to open UDP incoming from your game server port (usually 27015).

If either the RCON console, Admin Rehashing or Kick-It does not work on your web panel,
ask your web host to open TCP outgoing to your game server port (usually 27015).

I was just wondering if i could get these opened up.

You can only make outgoing connections to port 80.

So does that mean that sourcebans wont work here?

If it requires making connections to port other then 80, then it wont work.
