We cannot cancel your account on the forums. You need to login to your account and click the big red X that says Cancel Account below it.

Hi,
- It would be nice to see warning when you go from Free to Paid a/c saying " Once you go for Paid a/c, you can not switch it back to Free account" or something similar.
- I started with monthly Tiny plan, is there a way to switch from monthly to 6-month or 1 year?
Basically if I plan to stay here long then it doesn't make sense to pay high monthly.
(I stopped paying from my PayPal - as you might already know - FYI) So when I try to activate I think I only get a option to pay monthly instead of getting other options like yearly.
- By the way any idea why I was not able to host my 3rd website here even after I had paid account?
- Do you have phone support or live chat support or any plan to do that? And how about direct email support - Just curious.
Thanks, Ajitsinh

1. We do not want paid accounts to be downgraded to free, putting a warning would only cause reduced signups which is bad for business.
2. You can change to 6 month/yearly billing by going to the upgrade page.
3. What does it say when you try?
4. No, we plan to have a support ticket system for paid accounts soon.

Thanks for the reply and info.
I just activate the account via PayPal.
When I try to add my 3rd public domain I get below error:
An Error Has Occured
You have exceeded your allowed number of sites.
Please delete some existing sites or upgrade your account.
By the way as soon as I activated my account, I paid $5.95 via PayPal.
Now when I try to upgrade my account I get below:
Payment is now required to upgrade your account.
If you wish to purchase domain names, you may do so at this time.
Pay $34.95 and Upgrade my Account Now
So do you think instead of first paying $5.95, can I pay $34.95 for 1 year wih effective date 08/23/2010? Since the amount $5.95 is already been paid, I don't know how this can be adjusted?
Please let me know.
Thanks, AJ

I don't understand, the error is quite clear.
"You have exceeded your allowed number of sites."
You need to delete a domain or upgrade to a plan that allows more.

So do you count *.ulmb.com or only public domain?
I have oly 02 public domain, and with Tiny package I think I should be able to host 03 domain.
Please let me know and I hope you will not take too long to reply like last time.
Thanks,
Ajitsinh

And you didn't reply how I can upgrade to yearly so I don't have to pay 2nd time monthly amount.
I hope you will not come back an say now it's too late and if I go for yearly then it will start from next month.
Thanks,

OK, I have deleted all the ULMB domains except primary which is ajitsinh.ulmb.com and I am still getting the same error.
I know it's quite obvious so help me get rid of ajitsinh.ulmb.com and/or make www.ajitsinh.com so I can manually delete ajitsinh.ulmb.com.
So that way I can host my 3rd public domain www.softekusa.com here.
Also if you can fix this problem fast as I would like to renew for 12 months soon.
Looking forward to hear back from you soon.
Thanks, AJ

I read few other threads for primary domain and it looks like you can not change the primary domain and also you count this towards 03 domains.
I can understand why you can not change the primary domain but I don't understand why you count this one towards 03 domains and that this one is not even a real domain but subdomain of ULMB so I don't think you can count it towards 03 domains.
I read somewhere:
"The Tiny package tells that I can use it for 03 domains"
So no where it tells about 02 domains and 01 sub-domain.
So that's OK as I said if you can not change the primary domain but definately you need to think about giving 03 full public domain or else it doesnot make sense - at least for me.
I don't know why I upgraded my FREE account to this Tiny when I really didn't get anything more than what I already had. As a matter of fact I had more than 10 ULMB sub domains for free.
And recently in order to host my 3rd public domain here, as you adviced to delete other domains I literally get rid of more than 10 ULMB sub domains like help.ulmb.com, songs.ulmb.com, mp3.ulmb.com BUT all in vain.
I am writing and seeking help/advice for last couple of weeks, you have seen my account and what I have - i.e. how many public domains I have including 01 primary domains and still I didn't get clear reply when you keep replying, you simply tried to make me feel bad - instead make it very clear that I alreasy have 02 public domains and 01 primary domain so regardsles what i do (i.e. even though I get rid of all ULMB sub-domains) I will stillnot be able to host mu 3rd public domain here without upgrading my Tiny account to next level - for which really I feel bad.
You really need to do something about it.
I hope someone will look in to it and provide little better option.
Thanks,
Ajitsinh

Hi Ajitsinh-
The term domain is used to refer to a web address that visitors can view or download content/websites from. The top level domain is the .com then everything on the left side of the .com (or whatever extension you decide to use) is a subdomain off the top level domain. So take en.wikipedia.com: en is a sub domain of wikipedia.com and wikipedia is a sub domain of com. To narrow this down a little more, wikipedia is a second level domain and en would be the third level. We do not advertise that the domains that come with your account are in the second level, in fact the first domain your account has, that you picked on signup, is a third level domain.
The domain ajitsinh.ulmb.com is needed to run your account, if it were deleted then your account simply would not work, at all. Changing it would also break your account.
Our paid accounts do have a number of useful features over the free accounts. You no longer are subject to file size or extension restrictions and you do not have ads on your account, to name a few.
In reference to your above question, to upgrade to a year instead of monthly, you simply login to your account (above) then click on the upgrade link. That will allow you to pick the package and the payment terms.
Hope this helps clear things up.
