2nd account allowed?

I was wondering If I were allowed to create a second account on Unlimited MB, it would only be made If I were able to Pay for hosting, I like ULMB, and I want to keep using it, although my Boy Scout troop doesn't like all the pop-ups, and I wanted to keep the site separate from all my current sites, so I was wondering if it were to be allowed that I create a different account for my Boy Scout troop's website?

You can signup for a new paid account, but you cant create more then one free account.

Okay, so in the process of creating the new account, I'd pay for it, while creating it? If so, I'll try to talk with the adult leaders in the troop about cost, and what type of hosting we should have... Thank-you!!
