Mailing List for Paid Accounts?

With a paid account are you allowed to set up a site that would send a "Newsletter" to multiple emails at once?

We don't allow sending mass mail from the server.
You can install software on your PC and send via some other server like most ISP offer SMTP server.

Okay, well, I have an Idea, I guess, I'll put something on the site that says, "Sign up for our Monthly Newsletter" and have them sign up, then go into the "txt" file where it stored all the email at the end of each month, and add the new ones to a different email server thingy, and send the Newsletter that way, where, it'd still be incorporated into the site, but they'd most likely never notice that it was sent from a different server unless they check that...
