website not opening without typing www

Hello,

I have 2 websites under my account. recently created new one. My previous websites are opening fine without typing www before it. eg: kasam193.ulmb.com

But recently created a new website but its not opening without typing www

www.freelinks.ulmb.com (http://www.freelinks.ulmb.com) - working fine
freelinks.ulmb.com (http://freelinks.ulmb.com) - not working

Please some body help me.

Looks fine from my end, both are identical.

Try restarting your computer. Usually that helps OR could you be typing the address incorrectly?

You may say that but after installing small windows updates i also have problems opening some site but a reboot does work for me.
