If there isnt a problem, we are not going to make any major server changes.
Generally scripts don't need that much memory, and if they do then there is a problem with the script.

I did some research on that script, and apparently, you have to pay $149.99 for the scripts =/ Could've been 100x easier just getting phpBB or SMF etc.

Personally I wouldn't shell out for a script but I can see why someone might. Some people don't care about cost and simply want an easy to work with professional platform. For example vBulletin, which is used by a huge number of sites, including this one, costs a substantial amount (IMO, but it is more than IPB) but it is used because of stability and ease of use.
