Is the FTP Server down?

I'm trying to upload a PHP file with Dreamweaver, when I attempt, it's always saying "Waiting for server...". But at the same time, my brother is online with the PlayStation 3 and my sister is on the laptop and I'm using wireless too. But I've never had a problem with uploading when all 3 of us are using the wireless at the same time. :(

I tested it and could not find any problems.
You need to set your FTP client set to PASV (passive) mode.
It looks like your using port mode, or its a firewall issue.

If you are unable to solve it please post full ftp connection log.

It's working now :S Could be the game my brother was playing on.
