I know when u buy a website it says make sure its the right name but im wondering if it is possible to ethier change the website name or get a refund and buy anouther website? As i cannot use jagex-voting.com because name is copyright and it not good as a .com for anything else

I'm sorry, domains are not refundable or able to be changed. They are registered with the global domain registry, so the money isn't in our hands to give back to you.
