Error on main ulmb cp

hey guys how come when i click prefrences and a few other of the buttons on the cp it tells me theres an error?

prefrences is not allowed during beta period. You should read the massage when you click on it.

hey, yea i did read it but ive had it for queit a while just wanting clarifacation it was mine only
