Purchased Hosting, but...

As the title states, I purchased tiny hosting for a month about a week ago. When I purchased it, I got this message:

Unfortunately your account did not qualify for automatic activation.
Your account will be reviewed by us and activated within 24 hours.

You will receive an email when this is completed.

Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but as I said, it's been almost a week (6 days) and I haven't gotten an e-mail or anything. I could wait longer, but I can't even access my account. All I get is that message. Did I do something wrong?

I am currently getting that right now as well... I just purchased the hosting yesterday. I need access to my account. Today my domain's hosting was shut down, so I need to transfer the domain to UnlimitedMB. I bought the hosting yesterday hoping I would have it by today, so I could make the change. Please help us. Thanks.
