View Full Version : Domain lapse & account won't log in

A domain I purchased (but do not host) through you has apparently lapsed. I did not receive any notification emails about this, and when I try to log in to renew the domain, login fails. Using the same exact credentials, I can log in to this forum and post this. Further, the login recovery system has as of yet failed to send me the promised email. I have checked all junk and spam folders. I need to renew this domain ASAP and ideally put it on some sort of automatic bill pay (I THOUGHT I had already done this).

This is business critical and needs to be handled immediately. We are not currently getting any of our company emails.

The forum database and the login database for the control panel are the same.
Please make sure you are logging in with the correct username and password CaSe MatTeRs.

I am absolutely certain I am entering everything identically, and yet it still fails to log in. I'm presented with the "Invalid username or password" error when I attempt. Is there some other URL at which I should attempt to log in or access my control panel?
