Account Not Activated After upgrade

Ya was wondering , why i have to wait ? i was reading they say something about sometimes bogus info so well i pretty shire i have correct info at time. now had free account for awhile i have moved . so have new info, i payed threw my paypal so that has correct info and this site at sign up has correct credit info but could be different sense i haven't change bank info as of yet. Still should be ok sense i have funds in my paypal account all ready so no need to come from credit card.Just wondering what hold up is? thanks

The system auto calculates fraud scores depending on many factors. You came out with a higher than average fraud score, so it automatically takes a little bit longer to process.
Specifically, your billing address and your signup IP address are hundreds of miles away from each other. This is a big red flag.
