What are you using as your username? It should be your subdomain as your FTP username, like username.ulmb.com

Edit: I'm guessing your username should be hkfreezone.ulmb.com - try it

It appears that your connecting through a proxy, we do not allow that.

From the log you posted you are sending an empty username.
