Could you allow http wrapper on my account.
As its needed to have things such as "latest posts" on the homepage
I believe it's standard and there is no reason to not have this on.
Maybe im wrong?

Not in free hosting it isnt standard.
Sorry this option cannot be enabled.
You dont need this function to have latest posts on your home page.

yes you do, for ipb using php.
The only other way is iframes which is just a no go

Instead if include(http://www.whatever.com/file.php);
use include("/hosted/subs/ulmb.com/y/o/yourusername/public_html/file.php");
